School lunches have come a long way over the years and healthy choices have become the trend. In keeping with that trend Goshen Local Schools food service director Linda Ramsey and her staff have added salad bars to the lunch line at each of our four school buildings. Believe or not they are a hit, especially with our student body. Students can choose the salad bar, which is a self-service option, where students make their own salads complete with all the toppings. According to food service numbers at least 150 students at each building are choosing this as their lunch option daily.
