Physicals will be available at Goshen High School—All students planning to participate in a school sport and will be in grades 7-12, will need an up to date physical for the 2012-2013 sports year. For your convenience, Goshen Family Practice will be giving sports
physicals at Goshen High School from 3:00-6:00 on May 23rd.
OHSAA forms that will be used and that need to be completed are available here
Cost is $10 and all of the money is
donated to the Athletic Department.This
physical will be good for all sports next year.
