    High School Welcomes New Administration

    The Goshen Board of Education took action on June 11 to hire Mr. Nick Inabnitt as the next Principal of Goshen High School. Mr Inabinitt has been the assistant principal for the past five years and has played a major role in the building's Excellent rating for four years.

    Mr. Inabnitt was offered the job last week following a week-long interview process that involved school administrators, teachers and members of the district administrative team.

    Mr. Inabnitt said" I am extremely honored to be named the leader of an Excellent school with an incredible staff and student body. I grew up here in Goshen and love the community. I am confident that we will continue to provide the educational excellence that the Goshen community has come to expect and that our students deserve to have."

    At the same meeting, Mrs. Andrea Conner was hired as Mr Inabnitt's replacement as Assistant Principal of the High School. Mrs. Conner comes to Goshen with 23 years of educational experience at Batavia High School, where she has been in leadership roles such as; Teacher Incentive Fund Coordinator, English Department Head, District Leadership Team member, Building Leadership Team member and has been responsible for an ACT preparation course, Alignment of Common Core with the current state standards and ACT Quality Core Standards.

    Mrs. Conner said "she is thrilled to be joining such an excellent school district that has so much to offer students. I am also excited to begin this new chapter in my career and can not wait to begin meeting the teachers, students and families of the Goshen community."
