| HORATIO ALGER OHIO SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM The Horatio Alger Ohio Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to students in the State of Ohio who have exhibited integrity and perservance in overcoming personal adversity and who aspire to pursue higher education.
