Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year! My name is Jennifer Dent and I am the Multiple Disabilities Intervention Specialist for Grades 6-8. I am a graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pyschology and a Masters of Education specializing in moderate to intense special education. This is my fifth year teaching at Goshen Middle School.
I am married to Steve and have a "big boy" named Logan (age 4) and a "baby boy" Landon (born October 21, 2010) . I am surrounded by males! Even our dog, Bruce the Pug, is a boy!
I feel it is so important for my students to be an inclusive part of our school community. I value socialization with peers, support of the general education teachers/administrators, and parental communication as we all work together as a team to support our students to reach their highest potential!
