~Kindergarten is an all day program
~Must be 5 yrs old by8/1/10
~Kindergarten Orientation, Thursday, March 25 @ 7pm
~Appointments made at Orientation
~Registration by appointment only
~1st Registration is April 15, 5-7
~2nd registration is May 12, 2-7
~All children will be given a kindergarten readiness assessment at registration
~Appointments take about 20 minutes
~Pre registration will ensure that you know the teacher assignment before school starts.

Bring all of the following items on this checklist for registration. Copies of your original birth certificate, original social security card and shot records will be made and the originals will be returned to you.

____Proof of Residency (Copy of Deed, Lease or Rental Agreement)

____Custody papers (if applicable)
____Physician Report/shot records

____Dentist’s Report
____$40.00 School Fee
We cannot enroll your child without this information.
