Working with students who need extra help with reading and math is always a challenge but helps to build confidence. My teaching methods can include; individual instruction, problem solving assignments and working in small groups. I also see that my students get the appropriate accommodations to meet their needs to feel successful.
Working with students who need extra help with reading and math is always a challenge but helps to build confidence. My teaching methods can include; individual instruction, problem solving assignments and working in small groups. I also see that my students get the appropriate accommodations to meet their needs to feel successful. My students are all required to have a written document called an I.E.P. (Individual Education Plan). It is personalized for each student addressing their needs, by writing goals and objects that are monitored and reported to the parent at each grading period.
