I currently live in Mt. Washington, but have lived in Goshen and attended Goshen local schools all of my life. I graduated from GHS in 2005 and went on to Northern Kentucky University the next fall. I received my BA and graduated from NKU in December 2008. I received my gifted endorsement in July 2011 and will be completing a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction this spring. I have taught 1st grade at Marr Cook Elementary for 2 years. I love Spaulding Elementary School, which is the school I actually attended for Middle School when I went through the Goshen school system as a child. I am enthusiastic about teaching in the school district where I grew up in. I love Goshen schools and Goshen kids and feel that I am getting to teach with some of the best teachers in the area. Teaching is more than a career for me, it's a passion and I enjoy every minute!

I am married to my wonderful husband Thomas who also attended Goshen Schools. He currently works as the athletic trainer at Goshen High School home sporting events and is working towards earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the College of Mt. St. Joseph. You will see him on the field at every home football game!
